Half moon skillet

I have two of the half moon skillets from BGE for our large egg. I have been experimenting with them. I cooked some awesome fajitas a few weeks ago. I cooked the peppers & onions on one side and the meat on the other. I also cooked an EGG breakfast. I loved the flavor of the bacon on the EGG. I would like to try blackened fish soon. Any other ideas?

Nice pics. What temp do you cook at when using the skillet?
looks like the skillet is pretty close to the diameter of the egg...no issues with air flow? Any issues with buring the gasket from having the wide diameter skillets up near the gasket? I singed my gasket the other night cooking pizza at 600 deg. -
You can try my favorite omelette. Ribeye, garlic, onion and ham. I dice the onion small, the ham and the ribeye about 3/8" square, and mince a clove of garlic, all with 3 large eggs.
You can also try some grilled hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Or some wings started on the regular grid side first with a little smoke, and the finished up fried on the half mood side.
