    A big thanks to all.

For those who didn't see the first post. The little buy was born 7 weeks early. The actual due date was Halloween.

Brayden's lungs were not fully developed and he was placed in the 3rd (most critical) level of infant intensive care.

I posted the day he was born. The next morning the baby got pneumonia and that went worse and worse. Needless to say we were on pins and needles.

My daughter couldn't hold or see the baby for 4 or 5 days due to her condition.

There were many problems along in this last month or so.

Thankfully, all turned for the good and so far Brayden has no real issues to speak of.

It was very comforting to hear from the forum as well as the sharing of others that have gone through premature births.

It has been and is a time for our family to be very grateful as we have been truly blessed.

This forum is truly a unique group of people. Thank you to each and every one of you.

My very best to all, Kent

Awesome. That is a familiar site. I work normally a day a week in the NICU where I work. It is amazing what can be done with such tiny fragile lives. Your thinking 3lbs is tiny......you should see 1lb.

    Congrats on the homecoming!!!!!!!!!!!
