We did two Boston Butts for New Year's dinner and they were to die for. The husband pulled the meat and we packaged the leftovers in small ziplocks and froze them. Tonight we had tostados (the Milagro brand can't be beat), with pinto beans, rice, Mexican cheese, cilantro, sour cream. and salsa. I make a side item that we had in
San Diego at Consuelo's in 1974.......sliced carrots, onions, jalapenos in vinegar and water, with oregano (from Mexcico). Lordy, lordy, it was soooooooo good. We had this many times in the past but the meat never came close to what we now have after cooking it on the Egg.
