Wing Rack

I'm thinking about getting one of those wings racks. I'm lazy and don't like to have to turn things while cooking. Seen several recipes for spices and sauces but what works best for temp/time and indirect or direct ?
I got my Large BGE 2 months ago. Best purchase I've made in a long time. Appreciate all the help on this forum.

I'm thinking of getting a wing rack too. I live in Maine and I'm not sure my Lowe's has one this time of year but I'm going to check next time I'm in there.

Direct and indirect both work. I do mine between 350 & 400 indirect to 180 internal, about 1 1/2 hrs. They do make cooking easy.

If you are thinking about getting one, definitely get two like in Pat's picture, especially if you are doing wings, I think each one holds about 12 so 2 racks will get you a nice amount, plus they fit great side by side on the largehappy in the hut

I have nothing against the wing racks, but I am not sure what that has to do with not turning the wings -- especially if you are cooking them indirect.
I usually do not turn my spatchcocked birds, even when cooking direct at low temp (300-325) -
I do mine direct, & because they hang, there are no sides, the heat travels over all surfaces of the wing much more evenly than if you were to lay them down on the grid, thus, the no-turning nature. The bottom photo is a batch that was on the rack direct for about an hour without moving:

Perfect ! I also wondered if one rack would be enough. I will get two, for sure. Thanks for the help and the cook temp and time info.
