A great post, and how true it is. I was coming through Atlanta yesterday, and stopped by the BGE. I needed to pick up some supplies, and ask about a problem I was having. BA took care of my problems quickly and efficently. There was never any questions on my part as to whether the problem was going to be solved. These folks go out of their way to help.
I was on my way back to Mississippi within thirty minutes, with additional supplies, and my problem solved.
