Has anyone used honeysuckle wood for smoking? I have some and it smells really good as it burns.

    Don't let the size fool you....although I swear I cut some honeysuckle trees down behind my house.

    You could always try it.....just not for guests as a just in case. :woohoo:

    I have some good size chunks. The honeysuckle bush must have been trimmed back multiple times. It smells kind of sweet like pipe tobacco when it is smoking. I think I will try it with chicken or fish first.
