Plate setter cooking

Can you cook pizza direct on the plate setter? Just got one so I don't know. I had been using my regular pizza stone for indirect, wanted to use it tonight but the foil wrap apparently had a hole in it so now the stone looks - and smells - a bit unusual. Have company coming over for pizza - hate to give them a butt, turkey, rib roast flavored pizza.[p]Thanks,[p]LVM

LasVegasMac,[p] Put the pizza stone on top of the plate setter. Preheat it all together. By the time you cook the pizza, whatever stuff was on the stone will have had time to bake. The bottom of your pizza will thank you for having two layers of ceramic to protect it from the flames . . .[p]mike
