Comfort Food Night II - Shipwreck Dinner

Tonight I (under the watchful eye of Mrs. Food Police) made this recipe Mrs. FP found in the Kraft Food & Family propaganda literature she receives in relation to her duties. :laugh: Also, made her some tots wrapped in bacon for the first time.

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 pkg (7 1/4 oz.) Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 cup frozen green peas
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Brown meat
Stir in Mac & Cheese, tomatoes, peas & milk. Bring to Boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover & simmer 12 min or until tender.
Sprinkle w/ cheese. Let stand 5 min or until melted

Basically got it boiling and shut the egg down for about 7 minutes and it was ready and eggeclent.

Mrs. Food Police went last week to Chicago for her Food Police Convention. She's sporting her new t-shirt while "temping" the food. Dang Food Police! :evil:
