Babyback ribs for tailgate
I am planning on smoking some babybacks using the 3-1-1 method. I am going to smoke them on Thursday night and will not eat them until Saturday night. What is the best way to do this? Should I freeze them after the "foil stage"? I dont have a vacuum sealer so if I do need to freeze these how should I do this?

If you wrap in plastic wrap(cooled), and toss in the fridge, you'll be fine. Heat them in foil with a little beer and add sauce at the end. Enjoy! If you wrap in foil from the begining, the acids might eat through the foil. HTH.
