Anyone have a good recipe for London Broil?

My favorite way is to get a 4 lb London Broil, nice and big so you can roast it and then slice it, roll it in Dizzy Pig rub and then smoke the living daylights out of it. Below is my website recipe. I'm thinking of doing it differently (I'll post it if I decide to change it) but this one turned out really well. I think that 145 degrees is probably too done, in retrospect. I did my last one to 140 and wished I had done it to 130 or 135.[p]TNW

Mark,
London Broil is a tough piece of meat which needs overnight marination. Italian dressing is a good marinade sauce. So are equal portions of hot sauce and white vinegar. After that cook it anyway you want. The meat will be tender. And remember to cut it on the bias.
