Pumpkin Seeds Revisited

Dried overnight, tossed in melted butter, popcorn salt, a little sugar, Jamaican Firewalk, and a pinch of cayenne. Indirect raised at 325* Aftger 20 minutes they were tossed in the butter and seasonings again, then put back on for another 15 minutes.

Those look fantastic! Never thought of doing pumpkin seeds on the Egg. I have 3 pumpkins to carve this week, can't wait to try them. It is still to got in the desert to carve them too early.

whats the best way you have found to remove the seeds from the pulp?

I do not rinse the seeds at all - I like the added flavor. -
we did our seeds tonight - same method you described. Pretty tasty!
