Amish Friendship Bundt Cake

Yea, I mixed it up a little. Today was Day 10, so I gave it a go on the large. Cooked it at about 340* and it still went about 15 minutes over the instructions. It came out extremely moist and the crust is nice and sweet. I think this makes a terrific bundt cake.
Thanks again Kent. I have 4 bags to distribute now.
Unfortunately the top stuck a little and the cake fell apart when I turned the pan over, so no good final pics. It still eats good though. I think next time I will use the Crisco spray with the flour in it instead of greasing the pan as the recipe instructs.

That looks great Rod, I am glad you liked it. Thank you for posting.
Anyway, I think today is day 9  But I haven't followed the mushing, day 6 or day 10 very close anyway.
I have frozen a day 1 start and if I have any left I am going to freeze a day 10 and day 6 to see if I can let some time pass before getting the cycle going again.
My first batch caved in but it was good. 2nd & 3rd did great and that's why I sent it out.
By tomorrow there should 16 starts. So who ever wants some let us all know.
I will be able to send out 4 starting tomorrow. - well three, Ross asked for one.
Here is mine, non egged, this next batch will be egged.

Poodlemom,
Supposedly, the Amish started this strain and we can't produce a start. Celtic Wolf said he had the ingredients to start which was pretty simple.
Some point in time I will give the ingredient start a try.
If you like, I will be happy to send a start of this strain, or if someone who has it, is closer they can send it out.

Stuck of not stuck if you cooked it Rod I bet it was good!
