Boneless Roast Setup
V Rack in drip pan on platesetter? Or invert the platesetter with drip pan and place roast directly on grill?[p]Help!

I did mine inverted plate setter, holding drip pan then grill. I put the roast directly on the grill as it was too big for the V-rack.

You can also do inverted plate setter, drip pan and v-rack in drip pan, roast in v-rack.
