go bad over time or have an expiration date? I couldn't find one on either jar.

I've had this for about a year +/-. Have a few folks coming over for ribs and football today and would rather not send them home sick. :blink: My thought is the vinegar in each would keep it from going bad. :woohoo:

I believe that you just might be the first person in history to have a jar of Blues Hog that has been kept that long.

Everybody else uses it and then buys more.

of different sauces...and, this was a quart jar, not the pint.

I will tell you a secret use of blues hog...pour some in baked beans while they are cooking and you will wonder why you've never done it before. Thank me later. :P

Which raises a question. I ordered a few qts. of the BBQ sauce over a month ago you guys reminded me. Haven't been able to get through to Bill at all. I know he has more important health issues that are a priority at this time. How is he? Does anyone know?
