and the after party last week I went on a quest to find some for me to cook. Luckily a new butcher shop, The New York Butcher Shoppe, opened this week 1 mile from my house. I went in on Wednesday and inquired about them. I was told they would deliver some on Friday and I picked up 6 today. I plan to follow the directions given below and will post pics. I will cook them probably on Sunday.
