My wife is at the store. My drip pan is toast and I can't remember what size it was. What's best for a large egg? The disp. Al pan I bought was too high.

I use several sizes depending on what I cook. In general you do not need high sides, so stay away from anything over 2" and keep the dimensions under 18" on the diagonal.
A standard 9X13 works for a lot of stuff. You can also make a pretty decent pan from HD aluminum foil. -
I'm about to put on 3 relatively small butts.
