Cornish Hen Brunch

Unknown
edited November -1 in EggHead Forum
Hi all you good cooks out there!
I am planning to serve cornish hens for my daughter and new girlfriend the morning after Christmas. I will not have access to a BGE at her house, so I was thinking about roasting in olive oil, or frying in light flour... and including honey dribbled croisants sprinkled with powdered sugar. A link to, or direct recipe for the hens, four of them, would be so cool of you.
I could and will search Google, but who's to say if what I find is as any good, or the best way? Simplicity will be my best bet for this to be a success!
If this girlfriend works out, We both look foward to buying our own BGE..... Blessed is the dual income![p]Red bows and green garland to ya's
