Racks of Baby Back Ribs Blues Hogs Rub and mustard and more rub

First hr. spray with apple juice and apple vinegar

4hr pulled the small racks

Blues Hog sauce and 1/4 Tennessee Red 4.5 hrs perfect.

That's a nice cook you did, Ross. I tell ya...we are definitely on the same page--I also did some baby backs a la CWM today. BTW, I already picked out tomorrow's ribeyes today at the grocery store

Looks good. Today I did a 50/50 slit of blue hog and tenn red and just dont' know what to think.
