    Hey Joe,

    That's a fine-looking crust on that roast...I'm waiting until it gets a bit colder to do mine. The stores around here generally stock more of the prime rib cuts toward the holiday with great prices.

    I remember having fun with this cook, because I did it on my SBGE, and used the DigiQ to maintain the temps at 275° after searing the roast.
