on Cornish Hens last night. Rubbed with a little olive oil and sprinkled with the Pixie dust. Indirect with inverted plate setter and drip foil at 325-350 for bout 1 hr and 15 minutes. What a simple Egg cook with outstanding moisture and flavor. Thanks, Richard.
