Morning All:

We had a small gathering at work this afternoon for the GAL volunteers and so after the steaks came off last night, on went the wings.

had about 40 wing pieces total with a variety of rubs for flavoring...L to R -- DP Red Eye Express, DP Shaking the Tree, RichardFL Pixie Dust and DP Raging River

thanks to tjv's adjustable rig did these indirect at about 275 dome temp, two layers and turned after one hour. Total cook time was two hours.
