Thought I'd try some wings for the Eagles game today. Kudos to Zippylip for some pointers on this.
The epicenter of mega calories

In the beginning-225 degrees

finished at 350 deg. 1 1/2 hrs. later

Game time

Now, if the Eagles could just win :(

Wow!! those look way better than mine. I am a new egger, did wings for the first time today. They were okay, i think it could have been the marinade (stubbs). We love wings here, can you share where you got that great wing holder?

I got mine at a place called Reading China & Glass but I've since seen them at Lowes. Actually, mine have fixed legs but the ones at Lowes have folding legs which would make storage easier.
The wings were easy. Got the cook info from Zippylip. Basically, coat in olive oil, put on some rub (I used Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust), cooked for 30 min. @ 225 deg. then up to 350 deg. for about one hour.
Good luck egging

At least the Skins and the Cowboys lost. Didn't see you on-line much this weekend. Were you busy "chasing"?

chasing soccer balls in Wildwood - check your email - I shut the Cowboys game off when the Cardinals called time-out as the ball (that they blocked) was being snapped, they won in OT?happy in the hut

Held Dallas to 3 & out then blocked the punt and ran it in for a TD. Can't wait to get TO's reaction :woohoo:

Hey Boss Hogg! Thanks for the info!! I will check out LOWES today. By the way, LONESTAR state girl here and we love the Boys even though they choked Sunday! Seasons not over yet!! Saw that last play, it was a heartbreaker.

Dallas is the one team we Eagles fans love to hate. I can barely wait until Dec. 28th when the 'Boys come to town and get beat by the Eagles
