    Joel Ferman,
Great rub choice! What did you mix the roasted garlic with to inject? Any problems injecting?[p]I am with Toe. Looks good for breakfast![p]Hope the studies are going well!

  • Nature Boy,
This was my first attempt with garlic injection, but I got it down pretty well.[p]I drizzled olive oil over 2 peeled and cut cloves of garlic, then sprinkled a touch of tsunami spin and lemon pepper. I then cooked the garlic for 1 hour at 350 degrees. [p]After the garlic was roasted I squeezed the garlic from the cloves then added a touch of Sierra Nevada pale ale (our local brewery) until I got the desired consistency. It was kinda a jumble of ingredients, but came out pretty well..... I am most definatly going to try a garlic terayaki injection on pulled pork, i'll let you guys know how that turns out.
