I need a receipe for a 7lb. Turkey Breast- anyone have a good one?

    I smoked mine using apple wood. Turned out real good. Just dont be afraid of the black exterior. Its really good.

    For a real simple but good. I rub down a breast with my favorite rub. Get BGE up to 300 and place breast on a chicken setter filled with beer and an onion. If no setter is available use a beer can like the beer butt chicken method. About 2 1/2 hours.
