Large and Mini are back to work!

Both my Mini and Large are back on-line after simultaneous gasket meltdowns last week. I was T-Rexing Rib Eyes on the large and had a catastrophic gasket failure. The next day I decided to do a self-clean on the Mini and dejavous, another meltdown.

I called the Mothership and in two days I was back to grilling. I have decided to wait a little while before I try another high temp cook.
