Cube steak burgers & tots

Jeet cooked some delicious cube steak burgers at my house a few weeks ago. Tonight I made them with DP Cowlick & Worcestershire sauce, sauteed onions & cheese. I also cooked tots on the Sm BGE.

Looks good! In all honesty some time I hope you try my suggested Gebby blend of the 3 slices of cheese being American, Swiss and hot pepper. While it may sound unorthodox it works along with the grilled onions!

And to think that I ate lunch at a Steak & Shake today because it was convenient! Besides that the cash register cutie said and "here's your change of $13.42" as she handed me a fist full of money which was only $12.15...being a retired bank auditor etc I sensed the scam. While attempting to cheat me out of $1.27 may not seem like the crime of the century it continues to make me leery that people handling money still need to be watched.
