I have been a guest for the last month, reading, learning and building my table.
My first cook today was amazing, decided on rib eye baked potato and asparagus onion pepper mix.
I was worried about the temp, but was a snap.
Only mistake(if you can call it that) was I left them on a minute to long to medium.
Thanks for all your posts and secrets.
I am going to attend the Sacramento outing the 19th. Dealers around here dont carry any accessories.
I hope to learn some more and make some egg
