Costco with 10 boneless pork shoulder roasts at $1.69 a lb. For all the experts out there, how many would I need to feed 100 men for the gathering on 10/23? I'm bringing 6 to Doug and putting 4 on before I go to Athens for the football game Saturday.

I's say about 1/3 of a pound per person. that be two sammichs or a pile on a plate.Nobody's going home hungry after that...
