Since you asked for banana suggestions, perhaps you'd enjoy banana splits on the Egg.
peel the banana, split almost all the way through long ways and place in foil. I fill mine with chocolate and pecans. Wrap up and cook till done (just like Bluesmoke)! Serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with warm strawberry jam... Another version: Brown sugar and nuts.... Enjoy,
