Between The Rain Drops:
Pork Butt Mike

Trying to cook between the rain down here the last few nights has been hard. Here are a couple of pork steaks that I had cut off a couple of pork butts. One butt goes on today for pulled pork. The other butt including a pork loin is curring for Buckboard Beacon.
