It's getting to be that time of year.
Tonight's Indeavour. Lemon pepper Panko incrusted Swai.
We did three fillets, couldn't fit all three in the pan.
I had to break out my grill light, bad sign.

Glad my thermo pen is back lit, but don't guess I'll see any shivering here. :ermm:

Get a light!!! The fish does look great. Really dread winter. Anything under 70 is cold!!! :ohmy:

I haven't tried Basa Or Swai yet. It looks goods what did you think? I was using my grill light as well last night. -
It is very mild and takes seasoning well. This is the second time we have tried it. The first time we black cooked it and it was also good.
