Why can't i see my image

My image is 70x70, under 3 kb, and is a jpeg. Why does it not show on my posts?

I'm not sure why, but the image on file for your avatar does not exist on the server; so, please try to upload your avatar image again. I do not know is this will work, but it is worth a try. Let me know if you are able to get the image to work properly. -
