I got to make my first pizza tonight. I was really pleased with the crust and everything. I cooked it at 510 for 7 minutes. It did pick up either a little smoke or a tiny burnt flavor because I cooked it directly on my Platesetter. Other than that I really liked it.

Plus my wife is nauseated by the smell of cooking bacon right now, so I finished off everything in my fridge. Caused some pretty good flare ups. :)
