Souvlaki - Has anyone ever ?

I plan on trying Souvlaki on Sunday for the first time on the BGE. Has anyone ever tried this on the Egg? Any tips or recipes. I have a basic marinade recipe for the meat, but can never get it to taste like a Greek restaurant.[p]RayS

    Ray:[p]Marinate the pork (State side version) for a couple of days in the refrigerator and let the lemon really penetrate the meat. It helps if you can find an inexpensive source for lamb.
