I took my small egg with me to my parents for thanksgiving weekend and I cooked a turkey breast on it and my dad cooked one on his Holland girl ( he had to add water to it 3 times) My uncle was the judge and he liked the turkey on the egg best. The funny thing about it was that I used no rub or smoking chips. I turned one of those disposable pie pans upside down on the coals and that made it an indirect cook and kept the turkey from charring. I must say that it was very good. Had a good smoke flavor. Have a good rest of the weekend. Pigtail
