I just picked one up and I thought out of my boredom I will make the egg turn out another wonderful piece of meat. Any help?

oops...should have mentioned that 4 lb beef...kinda thinking about using the whiz's london broil method

Cross rib is a pretty tough cut. Marinate it for a long time or cook it low and slow. Great flavour!
