Roasted Red Peppers

<p />Here's a picture of some sweet red peppers roasting on the Egg. We did 2 cases yesterday. We put up 15 foodsaver bags full of the sweet, red meat ready to add a deliciously garlicy flavor to almost any meal. We made the last couple of pounds with a little wood added for a smoky flavor. (The smoky ones are my own personal stash, shhh!)[p]Happy Thanksgiving,
