ABTs another question

Got it, direct heat on the ABTs, but how do you get the bacon evenly done? Do you turn them or just expect the bottoms to be more crisp than the tops.[p]1) Pulled pork is ready
2) Pepers are halved
3) ready to fire it up

Caesars Head,[p]Having only done them split, filled, with the two halves put back together and wrapped in bacon... I've flipped them to get an even cook.
I don't know how the folks do it who only fill one half and cook it 'open'. If cooking open with cream cheese as one of the fillings, I would not flip.
I hope this answers your question.[p]John

    Caesars Head,
We don't flip ours. We put them on a fish/veggie grid, on a raised rack. [p]~nikki
