Pork Loin Roast temp and time

Quick question, I am going to smoke a 2 Lb. pork loin roast. what temp do I cook and for how long. Also what is the temp to pull it at....

I Havent done one of those in a while but that should be a lean cut of meat so i typically would do something like that at 350-375 and pull at about 140. Temp will go up another 5 degrees after pulling which is about where you want lean pork otherwise it can dry out on you.

I agree with UGAVET-I did a pork roast about 3 weeks ago, left it get to 165 and it was pretty dry Next one is coming off much sooner!
