Rib Roasts were on sale. My wife seasoned it Salt Pepper Garlic. Seared at 550.

Cooled grill to 400 cooked to 125. Too rare back on to 130.

Served with a sweet onion bread from the village bakeryin lawrenceville that was very good. Fresh corn sald and brocolli and topped with fried shitakiis and gorganzola.

Oh my wife wanted a grill for when I travel. Here it is our first gasser. At least its green. I usually keep the propane tank a not so close to the egg. Moved closer to take the picture. I still haven't got a new top for my table and need to sand a stain soon.
