Things to do once you have your LG BGE.

Wanabe

I did decide to refasten the gasket with 3M 77 before I used my Large the first time. We will see how that works out in the long run.

I guess the best thing to do next is cook a meal, so I fired it up.




I wanted to do a Tri-Tip but going to Costco on Saturday is out of the question. Our local market didn’t have what I wanted so we went for chicken parts. I did breasts and drumsticks with DP Raging Rivers and Stubbs. I baked a sweet potato for my wife and an Idaho for me. My wife wanted to try some grilled Romaine with DP Dizzy Dust per AZSCOTT’s wife.





We finished the meal off with a little Blueberry/Peach cobbler and ice cream. Saturday was a great day.

I'd like to change the handle on my Egg if I could get one of my artistic friend to carve me a Hot Dog in a Bun out of hardwood.

The new Mates seen nice, we will see how they hold up. They are made of a hard plastic.
