Marinara Sauce & Meatballs

Dinner last night. Trying to help some of you use up your surplus tomatos.Tomatos, onions, garlic, spritz of olive oil, S&P; top with meatballs.

Dome 425 and 45 to 50 minutes later.

Veggies into the pot with some wine, sugar, seasonings and the boat motor. Returned meatballs and back on the BGE for another 45 minutes plus.

Dinner...fresh tasting with nothing out of a can. Took an extra amount of seasonings to compensate for everything being fresh.

    Gunnar, looks fantastic, that is one of my most frequent cooks (ableit inside), I'll have to give it a go on the egg - there is nothin quite like fresh tomato sauce over pasta & a nice glass of red - that is my kinda eat'n - Bravo
