Practice turkey

Well, did the 'practice' turkey tonight. Little over a 12 pound bird, with temp right at 350*, it took about 2 1/4 hours to reach a internal breast temp of 160. Cooked indirect over a drip pan with the bird flat on the grill. Came out great, the parts I got to sample.
