My Work schedule has been crazy. Last week I drove by the store and it said something about egg demo :( so I guess I was replaced. Really, I am being :P the people that run the place are A+ people.

That is better than me. I watched Alton do his ceramic bbq cook earlier and Bobby head to CA for beef. All on recording. They were promptly erased. I have become such a BBQ snob when it comes to TV stuff. It is great to watch for the humor value.

I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and my boy just turned one in July..... our next baby is due in January :laugh: :laugh: My wants this one to be a suprise :silly: Thanks for asking everyone is doing great. My eggs are my therapy for relaxation these days

You will need 3 eggs. That way you can pass one along to each child. I tell my wife that is why we have 2 larges.

He judged at the Jack 2 years ago. Very interesting to see him in person (at a distance) The personality was exactly the same as on the show. He is a character. Come to think of it, that probably qalifies him to own an egg.

Yeah, my wife is very nervous. when she found out that i was going to Eggtoberfest again this year she dared me to bring home a medium as that is all i lack. The past 2 Fests have resulted in the XL, Small and mini

I think the Jack has a certain amount of celeb and well known judges. That year Don McLemore from Bob Gibsons was also a judge

So would you get an XL again. Or do you prefer the large. I really want an XL but just can't justify it without getting rid of one of the larges.

I would get the xl again now that i have a raised grid set up for it. I use it primarily now when i do ribs since i usually do 4-6 racks at the time. I primarily cook on it when i have company over so that i have plenty of space to cook multiple things or large amounts of things like chicken wings, thighs, burgers etc. I have been using it more for my overnite Boston Butt cooks but i still think the large is more efficient for those cooks if im doing 4 or less at the time.
