Sam's club tables for the eggs

Just a word of warning on the Sam's club tables. Make sure you reinforce the shelves and the top to hold all the extra weight. We have one of these in our dye kitchen at the studio and I had one corner slip down on me when I was doing a dying class. there was two jars of warm red dye on the top and it went flying and the lady sitting across the way had the reflexes of a cat and was out of there and only got a few drops on her pants. thank goodness the dye we use will not stain cotton, only animal fibers, so she was fine. just a little wet. I would hate to see an Egg go flying and anyone get hurt by hot coals or broken eggs.
