I guess I missed some of the posting down on that thread. I have had many of you e-mail me and some have tried to e-mail me.[p]So, here are a few to tide you over. Stuart..you will be interested in the Original Greek sauce and the Coney Island sauce..both Detroit staples.[p]One trick in preparing the coney sauce is to soak your burger in cold water for about 20-30 minutes. Then break up any remaining lumps with a fork, drain the water and follow the directions for cooking. This will insure the proper lump-free consistency that is so important with coney's. You can also use this for taco's or chili meat(if you use ground burger).[p]Enjoy!![p]Stogie
