thanks. looks like i just overcooked them last time....
now when you guys wrap up enchaladas, how do you keep the tortilla from getting crisp then???? -
Cut a little enchilada sauce with chicken broth or water. Heat it, then dip your tortillas in the sauce before filling and rolling.
The extra moisture will flavor your tortillas and keep them from getting dry and brittle while they are roasting. -
