mail...and viewing all postings by X

Hi, two quick questions if anyone has a sec:


1. how do you send/get mail (or pings)?

2. is there any way to view all postings by a given poster (or by me)?

1. Click on the users name. There will be a sendmail link when their profile come sup. You get mail to your registered email account..

2. Search on that users name
