A good meal and my best Eggshot

We did a portion correct sirloin with Penzey's Chicago Steak Rub and some grilled asparagus.Direct 400 nothing special but tasty and an Eggshot that I think is post worthy.

Just as food for thought, asparagus works well directly on the grate and it saves a pan to clean.

I put some oil in the pan so the veggies are both grilled and fried. Plus my grill is never very clean so it helps prevent the veggies from picking up off flavors.
