Just finished a marinated flank steak for dinner. Outstanding!. Got 2 racks of BBRs on the BGE for a reheat on Sunday. Stabilized at 325 and lookin good. What you all cookin out there?

sounds great. Nothing like beef, and the ribs are gonna be righteous as well...I bet.[p]Cooked up some wings and brats for afternoon snacks today. Tonight the sis-in-law is bringing over taco fixins, and I aint cookin!
